Our Story
Rooted in a passion for exceptional coffee, we source and roast every bean with intention — honoring the farmers, the land, and the cup.
How It All Began
Nayrouz Coffee Project was born from a simple conviction: that every cup of coffee tells a story. Founded in 2018, we set out to bridge the gap between the dedicated farmers who grow exceptional beans and the people who love to drink them.
What started as a small operation in our founder's kitchen has grown into a community of coffee enthusiasts, farmers, and roasters united by a shared respect for the craft. We believe coffee should be transparent, traceable, and above all, delicious.
Today, we work directly with smallholder farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, Brazil, and Papua New Guinea — building relationships that go far beyond a single harvest.
What We Stand For
-

Ethical Sourcing
We pay above fair-trade prices and visit our partner farms annually. Every relationship is built on trust, transparency, and long-term commitment to the people who grow our coffee.
-

Artisan Roasting
We roast in small batches using a drum roaster, adjusting every profile to coax out the unique character of each origin. No shortcuts, no compromises — just careful, intentional craft.
-

Community First
From the farmers who harvest the cherries to the customers who brew at home, every person in our chain matters. We're building a community rooted in love for great coffee.
